Please note that all services are non-refundable, non-transferrable to other individuals, and they cannot be swapped for other goods or services if requested within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. We understand that exceptional circumstances may occur, and we may be flexible in these situations. However, this is at our discretion and only in extraordinary circumstances.

Refunds of retail items will be provided if a product is faulty. Refunds may be provided within 14 days of purchase for retail items if remaining in original packaging, unused and proof of purchase is supplied. However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on used products under any circumstances.
