Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Our booking and cancellation policy outlines the expectations and guidelines for missed appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling. Cancellations are accepted by phone (08) 9192 6226 or through our booking system only.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

If you miss a scheduled appointment without providing notice, you will forfeit the 50% deposit for the missed session.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your appointment. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session being your deposit.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you arrive late for your session, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and you will be charged the full fee.

PAYMENT

We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

EXCEPTIONS

We understand that exceptional circumstances may occur, and we may be flexible in these situations. However, this is at our discretion and only in extraordinary circumstances.
